Out taking a romantic stroll, Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez were spotted walking hand-in-hand in New York City on Saturday (June 2).
The “Catwoman” stunner looked naturally fabulous in casual clothing paired with her curly hair while grabbing a bite to eat at Isabella's Mediterranean Restaurant with her French fiancé. Speaking of paparazzi, 45-year-old Halle is continuing her fight against paparazzo Andrew Deetz who trespassed on the grounds of her daughter’s school to get a good photo.
According to a report put out by TMZ on Thursday (May 31), sources say the gorgeous actress’ lawyer, Stephen Kolodny, is insisting that Deetz take the stand and be used as a human example of the privacy invading ways of US photographers.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Miss Berry is hoping to take her family to Paris where she says the privacy laws are much stricter for celebrities and their families. A trial for the matter is scheduled to take place sometime this month.
