David Arquette officially filed for divorce from Courteney Cox Arquette on Friday according to TMZ.
Today would’ve been their 13 year wedding anniversary.
The two were legally separated as of December 31, 2011, but announced they were living apart back in October of 2010.
David seeks joint legal and physical custody of their daughter, Coco, who will be 8 years old tomorrow.
